Are you tired of waking up exhausted because you are unable to achieve a good night's sleep? Do you dream of the day that you no longer feel sick all the time? Are you ready to feel empowered? I will help you understand the true root cause(s) of your health concerns so that you can take control of your health. I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Functional Medicine Health Coach, and Reiki Practitioner. I work with my clients to create an individualized plan based on their unique lifestyle and health goals so that they can start enjoying life again!
I became a Health Coach because I struggled with symptoms that physicians were neither able to diagnose nor explain. I had forgotten what it was like to feel good. Feeling this way became my new normal. I finally took my health into my own hands and started my journey to wellness. I learned how to listen to my body and discovered the power of food as medicine. I now feel amazing! This journey sparked my passion for learning and teaching others how to improve their situation!
I know that the science of functional medicine, combined with the power of our own minds, drastically improves ones health and well being. My clients are inspired, educated and empowered for a lifetime of better health.

Comprehensive Health History Consultation ~ $150
During this session we will do a comprehensive review of your health history, medical symptoms questionnaire, and clinical lab work that you submit in advance. I will share my recommendations, ask for your input, and together we will create a plan that works best for you.
Single Session ~ 45 minutes $85 30 minutes $65
Need some more help after your initial consultation? Schedule a single session to get the extra support you need to reach your goals!
Transformation Package ~ $300/month
This program includes two, 50 minute customized sessions per month, and 2 energy healing sessions to balance body, mind and spirit!(3 month commitment required) You will have email support in between sessions, educational handouts to help you implement your plan, and session summary reports to help lock in habit change. We will discuss any additional lab work and supplement considerations or concerns, and I will offer my continued support and educational research for your individual case. This program will take a deep dive into your unique health needs to discover how to live a healthier life that includes better sleep, improved mindset,
and more energy!
